Having worked in Market Research for over 25 years was invited to join iShopFor Ipsos and discovered not only a Company offering great opportunities and assignments but a great work team that are so friendly and helpful, the best ever.
I have been working with Ipsos for a few years and never had any issues. The pay rates are very good and value a shopper’s effort. Ipsos are a great company to work for. I would highly recommend this company, because they stand out.
The staff is always helpful and keen to assist so you can visit places you have never seen before, and get paid for going. With the benefit of always seeing your earnings which are paid on time with no quibble what's not to like about Ipsos.
They remain my favourite Mystery Shopping company that I work for. I think this is due to the first class Shopper support team who respond very quickly to any query, and are always there for help and advice, either on the phone or via email.

What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery Shopping is a method of research used by many of the world’s leading brands to help them understand how customers experience their products and services. A Mystery Shopper is provided a specific set of activities to perform – often referred to as a “task” - after which they answer questions about that experience, through our online portal or app.
This information is then used by companies to provide specific feedback about the experience, and to summarise common trends across a number of experiences, which in turn helps companies to improve training for staff, understand which elements of the journey might not be working as expected, or monitor quality and compliance with regulations – and much more!
Mystery Shoppers are compensated for their time, and also sometimes get exciting perks, like free train tickets or taxi rides, meals in restaurants, or products they can keep.
