I have been working with Ipsos for a few years and never had any issues. The pay rates are very good and value a Shopper’s effort. Ipsos are a great company to work for. I would highly recommend this company, because they stand out.

The staff is always helpful and keen to assist so you can visit places you have never seen before, and get paid for going. With the benefit of always seeing your earnings which are paid on time with no quibble what's not to like about Ipsos.

They remain my favourite Mystery Shopping company that I work for. I think this is due to the first class Shopper support team who respond very quickly to any query, and are always there for help and advice, either on the phone or via email.

I have worked with Ipsos as a Mystery Shopper for over 2 years and it is always a varied, interesting and fun experience. The team are so warm and friendly, always making time for their Shoppers and providing great support when needed.

Having worked on tasks with other Mystery Shopping companies over the years I find that Ipsos provides fair recompense for the tasks carried out. I find doing the general tasks fun to do and you can decide when you want to do them.

I have been a Mystery Shopper for Ipsos for 3 years, I get job satisfaction, and I am treated like a member of the team and not just a number. Within reason, I can work when, and where I want. And most importantly, I am paid every 2 weeks.

I have now completed work for Ipsos over many years and consider them to be the top of my preferred suppliers of Mystery Shopping. The work offered is varied and the team offer great support and they pay on time, usually twice a month. 

Ipsos is very good to work for. The briefings for each task are well written, clear and easy to follow. The Ipsos App is good for writing the reports and it speeds up the process. The tasks are well paid and payments are made promptly.

I have been active as a Shopper for over three years now and complete tasks for 10-15 different companies. I can honestly say Ipsos are the best by some way. There is always a wide range of tasks to choose from and they pay promptly without any issues. Most importantly, their communication, professionalism, support and helpfulness is the best around!

If you are a new Shopper just starting out or an experienced one looking for new opportunities, I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I have Mystery Shopped with Ipsos for about 5 years when I saw them on a Google search and applied shortly after. The sign-up process was straight-forward. I saw that Ipsos were getting a great variety of work and again, it was better paid than most other companies I was working for.

I would say that half of my work is now with Ipsos and mostly video. I like the variety that Ipsos have.

I find it easy to contact Ipsos and it is best via email as it's quick to get a response from the support team. I have got to know them quite well and this helps when I have any issues over work. I love working for them and have recommended them to other Mystery Shoppers.
